Hardware products purchased from MACB are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the product documentation. MACB does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of hardware products.

Software and firmware provided by MACB are licensed, not sold. MACB reserves the right to automatically update or modify software and firmware. You agree to accept such updates or modifications as part of the Services.

Telecommunications and messaging services provided by MACB may depend on third-party networks. MACB is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by third-party providers. Message and data rates may apply depending on your telecommunications provider.

If you configure messages or content through MACB services, you are responsible for ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. MACB does not endorse or assume liability for customer-configured content.

You agree not to use the Services for any of the following purposes: transmitting or storing infringing content, interfering with the Services, gaining unauthorized access to systems, or any other activity that violates these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. MACB accepts various payment methods as indicated during checkout. By placing an order, you authorize MACB to charge the indicated amount.

Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.

Refunds are only available as required by applicable law. Hardware returns must be in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Software and firmware are non-returnable unless defective.

All content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MACB or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. MACB's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service not offered by MACB without prior written permission.

MACB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond MACB's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other industrial actions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any provision or right. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver unless stated in writing and signed by the party waiving such term.

MACB may assign these Terms without notice. Any attempted assignment by you without prior written consent of MACB shall be void. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
